倾斜光纤光栅((TFBG: tilted fiber Bragg grating)是一种特殊的光纤光栅。它与一样平常光纤布喇格光栅差别之处在于光栅波矢偏向与光纤轴线偏向有一定的交角。TFBG不但能引起反向导模的耦合,而目还能将基;龊系桨隳V蟹涞?刂瞥烧て矫嬗牍庀酥嵯虻募薪,可以使原来在光纤内部撒播的差别波长的光以差别的角度耦合到光纤包层。接纳特殊的要领,即可以将光波长检测转换为空间位置检测。TFBG的写制历程与一样平常FBG的写制历程相似,可以接纳干预法或相位掩模法举行写制。但与一样平常FBG差别的是,TFBG写制时,需要将相位模板(PM: phase mask)倾斜一定的角度。
